prices on Noida greater Noida expressway are too exorbitant , investor need to be warry of the hype created, invariably all developer have already factored next 10 year appreciation in their price.....which means enter with hype , can't exit for next 5- 6 year..........2005 to 2009 period is back...........

Infosys isnot an MNC dude and it has leased only 4 floors, get your basics right. They have been allocated a 27.25 Acre Land off the expressway in Sector 85, Yakubpur.

Noida expressway will take another 30 years to give you rerurns. Most booming is noida extension because of connectivity with all major cities. Noida extension will easily give you better returns in 5 years if invested today but not expressway.

Noida extension will always be a middle class market however on noida expressway will be out of middle class budget and will have more upper gentry due to high end luxury and branded builder coming up

Noida expressway is a far better area than Noida extension/ Greater Noida west. A metro line already runs through it and another line is coming up. All the high end builders are focused on Noida expressway and not Noida extension/ Greater Noida west
