I read my bible every day. I tuck myself in at night with my Apocrypha Audiobook every night. 'The Chosen' helps with the human side of our Lord and the Disciples that can be hard to identify with living daily in this dark world. When I read Peter's words, in my head I see Shahar Isaac saying them. Jonathan, I know it is hard playing the most famous person to have every walked this earth, so I pray along with you every day that He continues to give you His Grace, Peace and Wisdom to keep representing Him in all His Glory! Thank you, Dallas and the entire team, for bringing such a beautiful production to the world that helps us all feel the Love emanating from the scriptures. Now... are you considering the Book of Revelation??

The character of Matthew is played with such sensitivity and sincerity, you can't help but love him. Paras is a truly gifted actor. Elizabeth's character Mary, though technically not one of "the twelve" is truly a rock amongst the cast. She has a special connection with Jesus that is genuine and real. Every episode is a joy to look forward to. So blessed by this amazing show.

I absolutely LOVE this "show", The Chosen has made my Bible readings easier to understand, if I could put it that way. The different desciples, all that they were in the Bible..I can now imagine a face to who they were. I realise its not all 100% but the Story of Jesus is there. The depictions of the disciples in The Chosen are absolutely amazing! I believe I can see myself in each one! Paras Patel's depiction of Matthew is beautiful!!💕 I get him! And with every disciple's relationship with Jesus, you can see how He Gets Us!!! And I think the message is that the Bible can be relatable to our everyday existence on this earth. I LOVE this series SO MUCH! I love Jesus more and want more of Him, and I attribute this to the influence of this series. ❤️
