From the looks of it- it is a shield with 300 health, but when it "breaks" Mr. Fantastic instead bounces the damage back before being reverted. So he cannot be 1-shot, but ults that hit multiple times like Moon Knight's are still dangerous as it'll break the shield and then keep hitting him.
