29:36 2 Tips: You can kill it without doing this but it's more worth if you use the pistol with hydra ammo that it was on the side of where the boss spawns. and after killing it (any of the ways) if you go back to where he spawned, there's an box with an amulet inside, which if I remember right, it's the one that if you have equipped it provides extra drop items per fight.

Burner is scary when he appear first time Not only he's big, he has very wide attack range so I can't be help that you will lose a lot of hp But the most important reason we remember him because "THAT" scene

Without a doubt, it was one of the best scene ever made, showing how intimidating the Burner is. Scary as this big guy is, there's a way to defeat him without taking any damage at all, other than this gamer's good dodging techniques. With the Grenade Pistol equipped(PO8 with Snail Magazine+9mm Hydra rounds works too, since the harder difficulties doesn't have Grenade Pistol on sale yet), run towards the stairway and stay there. The Burner is only able to throw fire at you this way, saving you from most of his other attacks. Now here's where the good part starts: Fire your shots just before he's about to fire; done correctly, it'll throw off his aim, and his flame attack will never hit you at all(scoring critical hit with the PO8 will cause this as well). Rinse and repeat this, and he'll be dead in no time. Successfully kill him under 3 minutes or before he escapes, and you'll be leaning towards the Good Ending route. Good luck!

Great stuff :) Yet there`s some stuff I kinda miss... - Against the Burner I would use 1-2 spells Necrosis - Against the Blizzard Chaser (especially 2nd form), I would also use Necrosis - and the barrels can be used after his jump attack to damage alot - Against the Ivory Stalker the easiest way I got is to use Flashlight from Kyles pistol every time he's on the ceiling and Spartan rounds to kill it - After Glutton-kill you forgot to go one room back to get the Medicine Wheel ;) (if I remember correct :D) - Sea Diver is optional (like Gray Stalker and Ivory Stalker), altough you get skull crystal. But Necrosis ;) and it should be possible to reload M4 plus grenade launcher when it dives. - Brahman Inferno ;) - No. 9 (2nd encounter) Energyshot ;)

Me when I was young, I always suffered from choosing the wrong weapon and couldn't deal with the damage caused when she increasing the heat and MP and turned it against you. Very huge damage :( even now, I got better play but still rely a lot on MP to kill it.

You have shown that even the guides, bad camera angles, and whatever the game has thrown onto you, that none can overcome a truly dedicated badass hero. For that... I'm at the loss of my words, but I know whom I can be partnered with when the apocalypse comes. Once again, magnificently done, my friend; your heroic gaming days are awesome, and that I'll give until anytime soon. Now for my own opinions, this is the game that introduced me to many of the awesome weaponry, including the M4A1 Grenade, which is my mainstay weapon for the rest of the game(on my first gameplay on Good Ending route, though, I bought both M249 and MM1 together, both which I only use them for a short period of time, learning that they're quite heavy to use against certain enemies); coming second is the AS12(which I learned some time after, the USAS-12, a fully automatic shotgun with plentiful enough ammo to clear a room). And to finish..... If any of you guys played as well, your gaming days are awesome too. Shows that we have things in common, after all!

Hey I'm trying to get past the move where Eve is trying to set you on fire with the screen shaking. How specifically do you avoid that? I just stand around and keep firing and it seems 50/50 whether I get hit or nothing happens.

Use a hard-hitting weapon; a hit from the 40mm grenade launcher will stop her from going any further. Shotgun slug shells works too, but may take a bit more.

A late reply, but when Eve does that, hit her really(and I mean, REALLY ) hard with.... Let say, a 40mm grenade round(good o' Fragmentation (Frag for short) round works best), for example. Shotgun Slug shells, too, and perhaps a fireball or two(or three, even!). But really, anything that WILL stop Eve's "overcharge" move.

Bounty mode isn't any more difficult than the normal game mode, but the enemies are certainly much tougher, with many being replaced by GOLEM units(even the stealth units as well, yes!). Try either Scavenger or Nightmare mode, both which impose the hardest challenges ever(you'll have either low MP or HP; the latter is the worst, and without adequate HP boosts and much tougher enemies, one hit can send you back to your last save point. Be extremely careful!)

The first Parasite Eve game is a kind of Action RPG at first. Only by the time we got here, the developers tried their hands on the Resident Evil-style controls(which failed, sadly, but the modifications made saved the game, thankfully).
