Many youtubers have those bowls and recording devices that you use, but I only feel a connection with what you do. Definitely a true master.

Thank you so much for the compliment! I ran a recording studio for over a decade several years ago and it’s interesting that now I get to put a lot of those skills back to the test for these sound baths. Thank you so much for listening and sharing that with me !

I can feel my hands getting warm and fingers even tingling in a pleasant manner. I figure this is because the parasympathetic nervous system is being activated. This really works, thanks!

I’ve been listening to this as I disassociate a lot due to childhood trauma. I kind of disconnected from many years but am hoping this will help the parasympathetic nervous system heal bit ❤ Thanks you xx

I have chronic ptsd from prolonged exposure to combat. these deeper tones will relax me, but some of the higher tones especially when initially struck really activate a startle response for me. Playing on my sound bar with bass turned up seems to help a bit. Do you have any tracks that focus primarily on these lower chakra/low tones? Nonetheless, appreciate your work and sharing immensely. -Eli

Actually, this brings up a pretty interesting point. In my private 1 on 1 sessions, I have a client who has seen me a few times and was injured in service 20+ years ago, and she can suffer from PTSD, especially with some of the louder noises. By our third session together, she no longer had that jump reflex while I hit some of the bowls and that’s because in the safe spaces while we are working, it’s training the body that even when hearing or feeling those noises, because it’s a safe space, it slowly learns it doesn’t need to react to them in the way it usually did. so in that controlled environment, with her mind and body knowing it was safe, she was able to work past a lot of those fight or flight responses to those noises. Essentially like exposure therapy to a degree. So since I don’t know the extent of yours, I won’t tell you what to do, but it could be one way for you to tackle that response. Set yourself up in a comfortable position at the house with the and knowledge going into it that all the sounds you hear are safe and you are safe and every time that comes up, you remind yourself it’s OK, overtime that response should diminish bit by bit. But to also answer your other question, yes, I do plan to start cranking out more content with lots of different landscapes and sounds especially now with my second gong, so I know I’ll have some in the future that are predominantly lower tones!

@@thepathtomoksha that makes total sense…I get the exposure aspect of it and how that can be beneficial and diminish the sympathetic response over time. I’ll continue to experiment with it. New subscriber here and browsing your videos I found the 75hz nervous system one, it’s my new favorite. Looking around eBay and other sites for a bowl I can have here at home to play with. Thanks for the response!

@@thepathtomoksha that’s amazing ! I’m just starting EMDR as have a lot to process unfortunately but that’s incredible, she listened to lower frequencies and she was able to feel safe thus processing and feeling safer. I could with this, how do 1 to 1 sessions work ❤

More than I’d want to admit haha a handful of them I bought new and another handful were just me keeping an eye out online for good deals on used ones that called to me. Now don’t get me started on the prices of gongs now that I’m getting some of them 😅😂

There is mathematics in music and sound frequencies. A correct amount of notes, pitches and frequencies create a specific result which resonates with frequencies our brain/body operate in. He has a natural connection with that sacred mathematics in those sounds. Knows how to choose correct ones in the right time. At least this is how I feel.
