@@dreiobsitue7748 It's not really weird or anything like that. As an anime, Tokyo ghoul is really good! It's just that the manga is undoubtedly a lot better than the anime so ALOT of Tokyo Ghoul readers are disappointed about it(including me). But you'll only be disappointed about the anime if you've read the manga. As an anime, it's still really good.

@@dreiobsitue7748 the anime is hot trash that skips majority of important character development and fights and plot. The manga however is amazing, interesting unique well written protagonist, great side characters, plot and a really good artstyle. One downside is the drawing of the fights they’re a bit hard to follow. Other than that great series give it a read
