Parawing - How to setup up a harness line - Knots and Tips!

One of the challenges of a new discipline is testing and trying new things to understand what works. In this video, I share how to setup a harness line and attach it to the bar using a bowline knot. The bowline is used in climbing and sailing in similar applications and is an easy knot to learn.
