You could be a teacher, very good explanation, very helpful.

This was helpful, but I read that you also shouldn't position any ring gap in line with the piston pin hole.
2 жыл бұрын
When i watch this video now I find it a bit stupid to be honest. Maybe i should remove it or make another one. This video could be 10 seconds long. Just dont let the piston ring end gaps line up when you install them. That is acually it.. Everyone aggrees that piston rings rotate in the cylinder so clocking is pretty much uselesss..

The two compression rings, I have one dark and another silver which one is first and 2nd?
5 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the late reply. 90 percent of the time silver one is the first and the dark one is the second but if you are not sure or the rings has no markings on them then take your time. Sometimes the top ring has a bevel on the inside. The image below can help you. www.fatheadsmotorcycles.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/piston-ring-installation-layout-and-designs.jpg

My FZ s is not able to start after changing new block and piston,is it the problem of piston ring,?pliz help me sir
5 жыл бұрын
You change the cylinder block and the piston? Are you sure you made the valve timing correct and put back everything in the correct order? Problem may not be the piston ring. Buy a compressinon testing tool. Is it necessary tool to check your problem.

@ I don't think I keep the Piston ring properly is that the problem?

Waste of time. Rings rotate in their landings. They orientate where they want to
5 жыл бұрын
Some say that they rotate others swear that they took them out like they installled them. Besides the long video it just takes like 5 seconds to do in real life so i just do it. And my people dont get much technical information so it was mainly intended for my country. Some stuff is old news for you but many of my friends have no idea whats blow by, whats clocking etc etc

Oh my God!! You talk too much for a person that can't speak English that well!! And don't post videos of how YOU install piston rings!! Do the right thing, he right way!!!

he's explaining very clearly. Why do you make such a comment that discourages people to make useful videos. You are just an asshole.
