In India we have less Income from abroad compared to the income paid to foreign investors so our Net Income from abroad( income from abroad - income paid to foriegn investors) is negative making the GDP higher than GNP..

Dear ma'am You said that the expenditure method is one of the ways to calculate the National Income. But National Income is GNP not GDP . So the expenditure method is used in calculating GDP .....

Mam. Please check Factor Cost should include profit as well. Please cross-check otherwise people can't Calculate NNP from GDP easily. It becomes difficult. Am I correct?? Only 1 simple question is in NNP at factor cost profits are implicitly included????
