You supposed to put it in the HEADER not footer because that is always i know when you want to track things in WP.

Great feedback, Leonard. Thanks for sharing! If you put the tracking code in the header, that is a way to make sure the script loads first (before the rest of the page loads). However, you'll want to be careful with this too many scripts in your header will impact your page speed and could impact your ranking with google. Particularly, depending on how many other scripts you have running in your Wordpress site (there may be a lot of different plugins going on any given page), having control over where you place your additional scripts is critical for how quickly your pages load.
