Saloni, I belong to your mom's generation and leave my parents , my Dadi & Nani didn't believe in beating children..I remember,once when I was in 6th standard,my father hit me ( don't remember the reason) , and my Dadi took my father inside a room, closed the door and I don't know , for how long both remained inside and what my Dadi told him,but after that my father never ever even raised his voice at me...but I used to understand my parents' likes & dislikes, so refrained from doing something that might have annoyed them . And they also gave us freedom to choose our lives.. और कमाल ये कि they were the ones who stood by us when we did something which was against the so-called 'societal norms' of those times..

Hi Saloni, I love the vibe of your show. My blessings are with you. As per your question about Kute Jana by parents, I want to share my experience. In my childhood, this department belonged to my mummy. Papa never raised voice or hand on me. मुझे six class की अपनी पिटाई याद है, जब मम्मी ने कपड़े धोने वाली मोगरी से मेरी पिटाई की थी। हालाँकि मेरे बड़े होने के बाद उन्होंने, इस पिटाई से इनकार करने की काफ़ी कोशिश की। लेकिन मैंने उन्हें याद दिलाने और सताने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी। जिस पर उनका reaction था, “पिटने के काम करोगी, तो पिटोगी ही।” मेरा क़ुसूर था, स्कूल के बाद अपनी सहेली के घर जाना। (बिना बताये) 😂😂😂

I was born in 2003. Four years after my birth, Hydrocephalus was diagnosed for which I had to undergo a surgery. My parents have been a support system for me. Their support was crucial in my education. My enrolement in Tagore International School could become a reality because my parents were deeply impressed by both my marks in the entrance test that was taken, as well as the strict rules and regulations on the campus. I am now a third year student at the University of Delhi, studying Political Science. I one day aim to become an IAS officer and just like Saloni didi, my Mathematics was also not good. It was so pothetic that I made the decision to leave Mathematics in classes 9th and 10th for Information Technology.

Yes.. I was going through sexual abuse by my uncle.. Still live at the same house with that bastard.. But stood for me and now every person of this house knew about my condition. That is another case non of them support me but now I am free. He do not have courage to raise an eye before me. Today I have government job of level 10 and soon I am going to marry and luckily my would be husband know everything and accept me with my mental conditions. Alhamdulillah
