You must start this support group already. Iregistry iyagcwala friend 😂 I used to be a perfectionist too but I’m slowly learning to not pay many things my mind. Most of the time I “let go” and let be.

I think we gave birth around the same time and it hasn't been easy. I was also letting my child be but I'm not sure if it was the best thing for our family especially because he doesn't sleep much. Also.. Hubby and have different parenting methods but we keep reminding ourselves that we are on the same team like you said. Thama for sharing. I enjoyed this.. Also.. I need that support group 😂

It hit me hard when daddy said mommy allowed him to make mistakes, as I’m struggling with that. I’m such a perfectionist and don’t want my husband to make any mistakes when it comes to parenting. Forgetting that it’s his first time doing this and he is giving it his all and trying his best, so basically from today onwards I will be lenient. Thanks for the advice.

It's so understandable Mommy. Don't be too hard on yourself as well. I'm such a perfectionist, planner and organiser at heart, but the kids taught be to allow God to lead the journey. Same with your husband, he is on your side. Trust him that he too will make the best possible decisions for y(our) child. You are in this together and on the same team. If you disagree, communicate openly to map a way forward.
