I have nothing whatsoever to do with the people in custody but have you ever considered what led them to choose that path? In a fast growing world where degree and experience is mandate in every field of work, it’s not easy on most of us. They may be in the wrong but let’s not corner them. May be if we were in their shoes facing an unexpected threatening situation in our families, we too might’ve been there. And let’s not forget that most of the employees are from rural villages and often they fall prey to the scammers. For a promising pay check many youngsters leave the comfort of their homes to earn and help their families. If there’s nothing you can do to help, at least let’s not corner them. I do warn my friends about the consequences they don't think about back home, what if there's only one son earning and feeding back home and he choose this path what about the parents ? Make the right choice. About the job I myself started to work at the age of 17 leaving Nagaland was the most crucial part but I needed to work for my family and my future. I'm a 10th dropped out, started as a waiter with 7k salary my friends laughed at me because I wasn't working in call center like them earning luxury. Now I'm earning 18k as a captain, it feeds my family I eat and wear what I want that's enough, if God wants he'll blessed me more. Parents send their kids to school and educate them, so they don't have to work in labour industries or so called "hazara" although that is an individual choice and there is not shame in it. Even if you get into a private job payment is incomparable to the private jobs outside. Pay fot education in terms of lakhs and earn 6k-15K a month?? Ridiculous! I am not supporting these scammers but if you look at the population and the ratio of work available and govt job placements out, it is not enough. This unemployment issue has also been highlighted in the Parliamentary speech. So to use a strong statement that "We have enough work here in Nagaland" is either poor understanding of the employment issue in Nagaland or negligence of the issue.

Cyber crime is very famous in asia including india punjab uttarakhand, Rajasthan and west Bengal. Most of the scam owner prefer nagas as their employees for their accents.
