first the GDP of Dominica is about half a billion US dollars. A professional sports team budget is more than the Dominica economy. Dominica is the nature isle. China will have influence on your forest and nature beauty. They can destroy your country. Nothing is free in this world. the air is not free, because of clean burning fuel. Ask foreign nationals and locals to donate to rebuild. Stop the the begging. On the school, Can the current school be renovated. Get architects and engineers to determine if the property can be saved and updated. also, plan with play areas for the kids just my opinion.
