At least you are honest about the differences in each fragrances sillage. That makes buying a sample or full bottle a better informed choice.. I prefer the sample or Buying the cheaper fragrance over the Creed versions.

I am a big Creed fan. However PV is killing it. Isla Tropical Privee is so good the lime note is amped up. IMO it’s better than recent batches. Rush of Unicorns is better than MI. If Creed keeps raising their prices and making bottles smaller and watering down their fragrances. I can just dive deeper into Parfums Vintage. I have 4 from the house and they are all fire.

Alpine Winds is ok, tried a sample a week ago and just decided to get another bottle of SMW. Alpine Winds is slightly green in the beginning, something I don’t get from SMW. The dry down of Alpine Woods definitely reminds me of SMW but the base of AW is slightly more synthetic-feeling to me.

Virgin Island Water was my first Creed and it was a blind buy as well. I still have some left! Silver Mountain Water is another classic. I might like Himalaya a bit more.

I like how you let us know that tropical island priva has a little more of what was lacking in Virgin Islands waters. I recently purchased the pineapple vintage intense and would really like to know what tropical island priva, and rush of unicorn smell like on my skin. The pineapple vintage intense is a little too musky for me. The dry down is a little more too my liking. Thank you for keeping us informed on creed like fragrances.

I really liked seeing both the bottles and of course the comparison with the originals. I do find some of Creed's fragrances fleeting, even though they smell amazing. Erolfa is the perfect example in my mind. Love the smell so much, but it lasts only a short time.
