Paris: A home to asylum seekers?

Of course those border countries need to process asylum seekers. If they need help with them, they ask help from EU. EU then sends people from northern countries to help with processing. If people can gain refugee status then they could be sent to northern countries. Alas the system failed. Now the asylum seekers and terrorists among them are left running rampant inside Schengen area.
