The colour palette is something i would not normally be drawn to but it works so beautifully here and makes a small space with so much in it feel calm and soft and serene. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely space with us all.

Stunning! I know it’s small, but I have seen vids of other Paris apts that are half this size, so she is fortunate to have this. That said, she has done an amazing job here: there’s lots in there, but it doesn’t feel crowded; it seems airy & fresh & very cozy. I LOVE all the color! I am sad she can’t have her dog with her. 😢I am beyond impressed that she hosts dinner parties there! Her home is heavenly! Very well done! ❤️🌹

I couldn’t live like this! Too crowded and much too small and much too much stuff! And then - who would want to live there without his dog?! 😢 you can’t leave your dog for a flat!!!! You just don’t do that!

​@@Sunflowers9191 It's not a very nice space, just normal space. Most Parisians live alone and the average apartment where people live is 35 m². Very nice for Paris and for a single person is a 2 bedroom and above. Landlord can rent from 9 m² livable space only, meaning the size of one bedroom plus you add the non livable space like kitchen, bathroom. If you've seen entire apartments 3 times smaller than this one that was rented illegally by a slumlord.

I was dragging my French minor from my long ago university days out of a dusty closet in my brain for this one. Given that I graduated 30 years ago and very rare get to use French, I was rather proud of myself for grasping 70+% of it. Not bad for middle aged brain! lol

I love the charming imperfection and humanity of how she's made this tiny apartment into a cozy home. It looks like a real lived-in home with a welcoming feel, not just a minimalist modern art installation like many apartments I see nowadays (which, is fine if that's your thing but it doesn't feel like a place someone *lives* in to me). Lovely french- I am watching actually for her narrating this tour. I love her kitchenette and she managed another table maybe as a breakfast table or a table for single daily use , always love dining space that opens to the balcony.

Très jolie, le petit appartement de 30 m2. Et il est très bien emménagé. Toutefois, j'aurais aimé découvrir la salle-de-bains ... En effet, quand on habite dans un petit logement, c'est bien de pouvoir visualiser tous les espaces afin de les rendre pratiques, fonctionnels et plaisant, en même temps. Par ailleurs, c'est vraiment sympa d'avoir des petits balcons ... 🤗 De mon côté, j'ai un 27 m2 qui est très sympa aussi (dans une autre ville et un autre pays). Malheureusement, je n'ai pas de balcons. Mon chat vit avec moi et j'ai pu demander d'y installer des panneaux en plexiglas transparent (à mes propres frais bien entendu) sur les deux rebords de fenêtre pour qu'il puisse profiter de mettre sa frimousse dehors et surtout, pour qu'il ne tombé pas. Les quelques connaissances qui viennent chez moi trouve très sympa mon logement et il est vrai qu'avec de l'imagination et de bonnes idées, on peut rendre un logement très cosy et apprécier d'y être souvent. Étant moi-même casanière ... 😉

this is the best paris apartment tour, its gorgeous and most importantly realistic. So many of the Vogue videos show these unattainable 150sqm apartments. This is much more doable, as a 28 year old woman living in paris, 25sq is all most of us can afford on our own (thats with a good job) thank you for sharing :)
