PARIS APARTMENT TOUR (17th arrondissement) || 22m2 for 870 euros

Hey friends, here is my Paris apartment tour of my new Parisian studio near the 17th arrondissement in Neuilly-Sur-Seine. Apartment hunting in Paris is so difficult that I'm extremely relieved to have found this gem!! It was originally 2 separate chambres de bonne that were merged into 1, so I got lucky with the size (22m2), and to top off the Parisian experience, the toilets are shared with other residents on the floor :)) Hope you enjoy this video! 😊

My thoughts exactly, I would just move the couch and table over to where the bed is, and have more room for the bed/storage/clothes..

Don’t want to lie in bed looking at a kitchen 😂 I’d swap it over and put a roller blind as a faux screen wall to separate the rooms

Me encantó el departamento. Para mi deberías poner la cama individual y armar como un salón en donde esta la cocina y la cama grande frente a los armarios me parece que queda más acorde❤

That's what I thought too..I would put the bed where the living room is so that when you have guests you can separate both spaces.

I also live in 17th rn and actually one of the rooftops that you see from your view is mine :) btw, I love Rituals too. Karma and Sakura my favourite ones :)

That is such a lovely appartment! Way back in the late 1970's I shared a double chambre de bonne with a friend, but it wasn't beautifully revamped like yours! The shower was in the kitchen and we also had to use the toilet at the end of the corridor. Your view is wonderful!

Hello! It’s more or less the same to be honest if you’re living within paris itself. I think you can find more affordable apartments and food options in the 10th, 13th, 18th, 19th, 20th but i haven’t lived there myself so i wouldn’t be able to confirm
