Another great video. Great jumping off point for anyone considering a bus tour. I’m slightly tempted to consider the hop on/hop off. Last year for Christmas, we did our first ever bus tour. It was a 2 hour tea tour in London, and it was really fun. However, we tend to avoid a lot of the traditional touristy things, and instead go where the locals go, and do what the locals do, and immerse ourselves in the culture.

It is touristy indeed, but it's a good and convenient way to see the most interesting monuments of Paris in just 2 hours.

Im so glad you made this video. I hope to do the night bus tour in December if its still running then. Doing a bus tour is a good compliment to finding your own way around as if you only use the metro you never get sn overview of how the city all "fits together",and its relaxing.

There will be bus tours in December and that will be great with all the Christmas lights!

I was in Paris recently. It was quite crowded due to the big rugby match between Scotland and Ireland. The Big Buses I saw were much more crowded than the Toot buses.
@paristoptips Жыл бұрын
It really depends. I think there are a little more TOOTBus buses than BIG BUS ones, so that may make a difference.

Great video :) Can we buy ticket on the day and is there a ticket booth near the Champs-Élysées???
@paristoptipsАй бұрын
Yes, you can buy it on the day, and if there are no ticket booths near the Champs Elysees, you can purchase tickets directly on the bus. Just remember prices will be lower on the Internet.

@@josephs6705 I didn't see anything against that onboard or in their FAQ

I see that the Toot blue route last stop is Hotel Invalides on their website. Do I have to get off there, or can I choose to stay on the bus to the first stop(Palais Garnier Opera House)?
@paristoptips10 ай бұрын
You get off the bus wherever you want, including the first stop when you reach it again. You can even stay on the bus all day if you want!

Hi! Do you know the difference between the frequency ?
@paristoptips9 ай бұрын
They're about the same: every 15 minutes in winter and every 10 minutes in summer www.tootbus.com/fr/paris/horaires-de-service and www.bigbustours.com/fr/paris/informations-service

Do you know if we can take sandwiches on the bus?
@paristoptips Жыл бұрын
In Toot bus, they say: In order to keep our buses clean and ensure your comfort, no food is allowed on board. I guess it would be the same on Big Bus.
