I think Mme. Nachappa made an excellent point about building a sports culture. When i was in school, which was about a decade ago, sports was something we gave up first because getting marks was more important and then there wasn't a local avenue which could facilitate healthy competition among kids. I think it is much more prevalent these days because of increasing purchasing power of people and increasing awareness about health. I see a completely different picture of sports here in Europe. People do sports for fun, encourage each other, there is almost no weekend when there isn't a local 5K or a 10K race happening where i live. It just opens up a lot of paths for people to pick and choose.

It is so good to see the great showstopper superstar sprinter of the yesteryears Ashwnini Nachappa! She should be on television. With her expertise in sports and her charisma and how well she expresses herself she really belongs on screen.

The Olympic games are about to commence. Bharat has a population of more than 1.4 billion thus if we utilize our human resources effectively we can perform pretty well. Note the world is a diverse place. God has done this to make our planet colorful with variety. No Race is superior to the other but different Races surely distinct. More often different Races have great talent in different disciplines. Example the Negroid Races are excellent in the track and often not too good in wrestling, weightlifting, etc. Track comes more often naturally to them except in the case of Negroid ladies who have more often higher testosterone levels than other Races. However, training, appropriate nutrition, etc. is absolutely necessary for peak performance. Race alone rarely helps at peak levels. Bharat has great racial diversity let us use this to our advantage. Let us learn from democracies such as Russia, USA, England, Australia, etc. who perform extremely well in the Olympics, World Championships, etc. Let us not copy totalitarian, Communist states such as China who for the glory of their state technically kidnap talented children and make them specialize in their respective discipline. In fact note in the 1988 Olympics in South Korea East Germany stood second in the medal table after USSR and outperformed USA. East Germany then had a population of only about 16 million! What helped them was the Communist system and excellent physique of the Germans. Yet in no case must we copy the Communist model and cheat out kids of their childhood! Now coming to our media. Most of the Bharati media is junk as of now and are more often tabloids. All they cover is Cricket and Bollywood. Cricket is fun but mainly an entertainment and few countries play it. We must play cricket yet concentrate on genuine competitive sports. Also the Bharati media mostly covers Bollywood. We have some good actors, however, most of our actors have little talent in acting and more often can also be ugly though well-painted. The news more often is that a particular actress or actor took their dog for a walk! Technically no news nor any intellectual stuff to motivate our kids. There are a few exceptions for example, The Hindu a great and balanced reading experience which is covered with great educational information also for the youth. The Hindu had a minor drawback due to N. Ram. Even though N. Ram is a great intellectual has a great personality as well (is a pure Aryan), yet has been very pro-Communist China. I guess his ex-wife a Semite (Yehudan) in this case influenced him on this.

There is no perfect definition of what a race is. In fact, there’s not even a sharp line between where one species begins and another ends. We are all quite closely related organic matter on earth. It’s also not true that black people are not good in wrestling and weightlifting. There are many of them in body building and MMA. They just haven’t gotten into Olympic style wrestling or weightlifting as of now.
