hi!! I would definitely recommend Montmartre, it’s a very nice area in the 18th arr! very popular and lots of good food, shops and sightseeing! but if you want to stay away from the touristy crowds, I’d say Gambetta in the 20th arr. which is where I stayed! not touristy, away from the crowds and a cute little neighborhood with good bakeries and eatery. it’s only a short metro ride away from all the main attractions! hope this helps :)
