Dang, if the top handle was removeable, I would get this bag in a heartbeat. Maybe in the future they will rework it and have the top handle removeable or release a version with no top handle. Thank you for your review!

I think they’re both beautiful! I like the unlocked also, I was thinking about getting one! I think the unlocked may be even easier to get into but I haven’t tried it. They both have a similar look so whichever you go with you can’t go wrong

Beautiful bag but unfortunately this company’s customer service is awful. I placed an order at the beginning of June and I got an email saying the item was backordered but it would be available in a month. I agreed to wait. Nearly theee months went by and I didn’t hear back from the company. I reached out to them to inquire about the status of my bag. They said it was back ordered. They refused to give me a straight answer regarding when the bag would be available and suggested that I cancel the order. End the end I had no choice but to cancel the order. This company should focus on their business rather than gifting their bags to social influencers. The influencers may like the bags but paying customers will find it very difficult to actually receive a bag.
