Agree. I would change it, without a doubt. It's not timeless, elegant or chic-it doesn't fit to the apartment' style. I can't find in these french kitchens the famous french style...most of them horrible, out of taste. I dont get it.

I wouldn't mind having a place for vacation to own and also I would make a few minor adjustment s like safety rails no holes /opening on banister s and the stairway too and I love the kitchen Floor unique looking

Living on the top is definitely not a good choice, without air conditioner it will be super hot in summer, last summer the high temperature was 46C in Paris.
