I have never been able to contact customer service. I've tried and tried. I even live in same town as corporate. Ridiculous!!!!!!

You can email [e-mail] if you're a stylist, but if your a customer, your main customer service person is your stylist. If you don't have a stylist, you can still email them. But us stylists are paid because we help take care of your issues.
