Err... why would they have placed the splitter air conditioner on top of the Smart TV or vice-versa? Do you know that once condensation happens, water would drip from the air condition and it will fall below the smart-tv? A good example of short circuit waiting to happen. They should have installed the aircon on the opposite side, top of the couch.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. I do hope, however, that it is only on the model unit and not on the actual unit. They should consider the electrical safety in case of water dripping from air-condition due to condensation. Better to address it ahead rather than be sorry later. Specially the safety of the unit owners as well. Love the idea of smart unit btw.

For a person or a couple of Filipinos, this is a decent size and quite average in the market. Don’t think your expectations are the same as others. I know old families who owned and sold their big homes and eventually settled in a smaller condo unit for a simpler lifestyle and practical maintenance. My point is don’t belittle people’s taste or personal budget.
