I have a curious question. I've noticed that units with helper's rooms usually have them as inner rooms. I'm wondering how these rooms are ventilated. Do they also have AC units? Thanks!

For this specific property the maid’s room has no window, usually they put a fan or keep the door open. Living has AC & window. 😃

Over priced! One is paying for the location only but the unit is not " magandang maganda " . It is just ok with standard materials. Over hyped!!!!!!

Depends on the size of your bed tbh, if it's a double or queen size I think it'd probably be fine. Maybe but blackout curtains if you're concerned about the heat

Showing the unit is good. The problem is, nobody ever mentions the starting price for each type of unit. Example, for a 2 bedroom, the starting price is 30M up. Depending on what options you want.

Bibili ka para tirhan tapos yung mga kapitbahay mo pauupahan (AirBnb) lagot na..............sa mga maiingay na umuupa na dala pa ang mga extended family, pamangkin, apo, lola, lolo, tiyo tiya, etc. at ang mga amenities puno ng mga umuupa halos hindi ka na maka gamit. Also, mga 50-60% ng mga unit owners ay mga investors local & foreign. So, a bubble could happen anytime because of the greediness of a lot of developers. They keep on building eventhough the market is not there. They just rely on foreign tourist...........we are over saturated with Condo's.

I agree with everything but this specific condominium is not it. Super low density and smaller amenities...AirBnb, rents, vacation condos na kasama mga extended family pang SMDC at DMCI sila.
