Paul if your going to use the old fashion scuttle, use the top part to load shaving soap on your brush not to bowl lather. I am pointing this out because I own one and I notice it is not easy to make lather on the top part and if the top has holes on it the lather will fall through the holes. The reason for the holes on the top is so heat will absorb on the soap which helps keep the soap warm.

Nice finish on that razor. Butterfly razors always remind me of my Dad. I leave one on a stand in the bathroom always, whether I use it or not, just as a reminder. Good shave! Good shave Paul...Flowers from the Queen..Beautiful as always...the Parker 22R my very first razor and still in my 14 day rotation...quite a looker among razors...all blades work well in them...mid to mild....everything worked well in this shave...waiting for the next H&S. I'm hungry ..cheers!

Great shave!! Bic chrome platinum are fantastic blades, one of my favourites. They are exceptional in open comb razors. Give me great shaves in all my razors.

Great shave Paul! I just use the anti bacterial hand soap and toothbrush method for cleaning my razors as well. Then dry for a day and put a little mineral oil on to protect them. Razor Emporium was the ones who mentioned using the mineral oil.

Nicely done Paul💈💈 I only have one Parker razor, the Variant. Great shaver for sure. Didn't get along with first tuck of BIC blades, but the second was just fine, QC may have been off a little🤔 Lavender is a nice scent, very calming in a good way. Nice video Paul. Those Parker razors are cheap and the quality is there! I recommend them for any young guy who wants to start wet shaving. Thanks for the cleaning tip also - personally I use cotton-bud to clean the razor heads in "detail".

I love lavender products too, especially at this time of year. Have you tried Castle Forbes Lavender Cream? It's very nice paired with L'Occitane lavender scented aftershave balm. Another great shaving video, intrigued by your Sunday shave teaser.

Paul, I really enjoyed your shave today. Getting ready now to shave also. I see you like growing chilies. I grow about 150 or so chili plants every year. I start by seeding them in my basement under grow lights. Near the end of the year, I can all of them and wind up with around 200 jars. They are good with everything, even ice cream! I use mostly Anaheim and Pablanos and mixed them. I would like to send you some shaving cream but how do I do that? Have a great week.
