Fix blurry high ISO photos: Topaz Photo AI vs Lightroom

Is there a reason you choose to send the edited photo to Topaz rather than use the raw file (through File -> Plugin Extras -> Topaz Photo AI?

Well, is there still some noise on the belly feathers in the Topaz image? Just curious. Can the new Topaz photo AI be used as a filter with the image in Photoshop like the old Topaz Denoise and Topaz Sharpening? I already have the old Topaz Denoise and Topaz Sharpening. I'm still on the fence about this. Keeping details in fur while eliminating noise is important for my workflow. While I try to get the best light to avoid high ISOs I get in situations, one recently due to client's preference, where high ISOs are unavoidable. I don't know. Seems like every time I try something new it backfires on me and have to get technical support, lol.

Yes, a little bit of noise is still on the belly. I should have spent a little more time explaining how to remove it, completely. For example, with Topaz you can create multiple instances of noise reduction... kind of like layers in Photoshop. One layer for the background and another for the hummingbird. I wanted a little noise in the background for texture. But, should have added another layer/mask just for the Hummingbird. I posted more images in the PhotoMation community if you'd like to see the result of less noise on the belly, with Topaz. Also, another thing I forget to mention is the original image required cropping in 500%! Which as you know alters the quality and noise too.

I have gigapixel 8 and lightroom cloud 1 year deal which is ending next year. I want to move away from lightroom. What do you recommend to use with gigapixel 8? I use older dslr cameras. Great video. Thanks.
