@@ParkerTheBasshead I wanna buy this amp but I not sure how to wire four 4 ohm 6.5 skar audio FSX and 2 skar super tweets to a 4 channel amp
@daxtonclaude965511 ай бұрын
@@mikecoxlongthe3rd220 if you go with a component tweeter, you’re gonna want to use a component mid to go with it. My .02 aside, hook up 2 RPXs into 1 channel and do the same with the next. Channel 3 will be your tweeters, but don’t forget a crossover, or filter your low pass, but I recommend a crossover. Then use that last unused channel for whatever you want. The power these amps are rated at 2 ohms.

Just a suggestion since its already installed, but you could get some black rubber adhesive seal to put around you speaker panels to give it a cleaner look. You can usually pick up some L shaped seal from alot of hardware stores. Some already have adhesive backing or you can use rubber cement or even super glue. Good luck the build us looking good!

I would use both the 800 by 4 and the 400 by 4 in your truck. I'd Bridge all channels down to two channels and run those mid-bass mid-range on the 800 and I would do the same thing with the 400 taramps 4-channel just to run the tweeters. Then I would use that Alpine amp or whatever was under the seat for the shop guaranteed a super super clean sound

The outputs being that way, is no big thing with full bridge,as the output section doesn't really work like a half bridge. The outputs aren't a real positive and negative, as they are essentially both positive outputs, but the negative works 180 degrees out of phase.

Do taramps sound good for mids and highs?
@buckboxdesigns3 жыл бұрын
You get what you pay for. Bigger amps that put out the same power typically sound better on music, because the extra size comes from more advanced internal components that really increase the quality of the electricity flowing through the amp and through the speaker and speaker wires circuit. Go look at the waveform on these cheaper amps, then look at a more traditional, more expensive, larger amp of the same power capability. The waveform the higher quality amps send to the subs is smoother and the amp controls the subs better with changing impedance due to box rise, motor to coil induction, things like that. Small amps with big power are usually lacking internal components that greatly increase the musical quality of the power they produce.
