It is unbelievable how the most important day in the life of these two young people can be perfectly recorded. This movie gives more emotion than any melodrama. Thank you for this channel Parker!

Very good. Clever shots of the bride and groom. Most of the times you couldn't even tell it was snowy. The bride though, she must have been freezing. Don't think she was wearing a coat most of the time. Good work.

Ever since I was a child it was always my dream to get married in the temple. I was so excited that I planned to get married when I turned 18. But now that I am 24. I don't know if that would still happen. I watched this video a gazillion times ever since. I hope and pray to God to be married to someone I love one day ❤

awsome!!!!! slowmo dancing with father awsomeeee at technical side witch lens you use and F-stop and shutter speed?
@JannikPitt9 жыл бұрын
+Łukasz Gurdziel From the description: "Lenses used in order of use: Canon 24-70mm f2.8 L Series II (80%) Canon 16-35mm f2.8 L Series II (10%) Sigma 50mm f1.4 Art Series (10%)" Basically I think that he shot most of the wider shots at a higher f-stop to get everything in focus. On tighter shots it depends wether you want a small depth of field or not. Usually you shoot at 1/50 (180 degrees) to retain that motion blur that you need to let the image appear fluid to your eye.
@samuelaseolas9 жыл бұрын
+Parker Walbeck interesting so do you add motion blur in post then?
@CallumGorniak9 жыл бұрын
+Parker Walbeck I don't think you mean the 180 degree rule as that's for camera positioning ;)
@samuelaseolas9 жыл бұрын
no he means the 180 degree shutter rule as in when you film in 24 fps you shoot at 50 shutter speed and so on (double of what your framerate is)
@CallumGorniak9 жыл бұрын

+Parker Walbeck Great stuff, great content. Love what you said about your old ventures. That's how I felt when I recently split from my old vid company. Do you, and become your best self, never stop growing and learning. Its easy to get caught up in having fun and realize there is no progression being made, especially when you are doing something that you love. Anyway, quick question: @0:47 and again around :52 did you change your shutter speed at all? Or is it just sped up? or a combination of both? Guessing you were shooting 60fps or so - but just curious if you did it in post or if you deliberately changed your shutter in that moment. Perhaps its just your sexy camera.... Great shots man, love following your new adventure + your buildup was on point. Can't wait to see what you got next brotha! Look forward to hearing from you.
@GarydeeFilms9 жыл бұрын
+Parker Walbeck Cool man, gotta be that camera that makes it so crisp. So you had shutter set at 60 and fps at 60? Little bummed I haven't ever crossed paths with you, worked with Dakota on a shoot a year or two ago, but hopefully one day we will cross paths. Let me know if you ever need some extra hands. Good lookin out brotha!

Amazing work again! I am curious what is your take on which camera to get. I have the gh4 and hate the noise it produces. I was considering the a7s II but it has horrific coloring and I am not a professional color grader. I was between a used 1DC or a new 1DX II. What would you recommend for producing the best image? I don't see that much difference between your wedding cuts on either camera. Your insight would be much appreciated!
@mattw42118 жыл бұрын
1dx II is by far the best, just depends on what your budget allows

If you start a sequences you use a 60p frame rate and rendered to 24p, yeah?
@VictorValencia7 жыл бұрын
czupryneq no. You start a 24 fps sequence
@stealthstar46 жыл бұрын
czupryneq If you film at 60fps and you are inside of a 24fps timeline editing program, just change your 60fps clips speed to 40% and it will play back smooth. I assume that's what you were asking?
