Seen identical semi trucks with same front plates. OTR trucks, owner didn’t think trucks would ever be seen together. They were just not seen by law enforcement. Got away without paying or registering two trucks for years. DOT never caught it either or checked for plates on rear of trucks, which were under trailers… he still laughs about it…

I did some non consensual towing in reverse with my neighbors rooster. I called his land lord and ask him to see if he could sticker the rooster. And he did. My neighbor towed the rooster away. No more noise. Thanks Johnny.

A citizen has the power to arrest if it's done the right way. I've had a cop arrested for conspiracy to commit fraud because he sided with a driver who blamed me for a wreck. But I had a dashcam that proved that driver was commiting fraud against me.

When you have a vehicle you must have a valid license plate on each vehicle and valid insurance! That's the law in every state!

Apartment complexes should have offending vehicles towed at the owner’s expense. Start tacking the tow fee onto their rent. If the vehicle’s owners don’t pay it, they should be required to move. Stipulate this in their lease. After one or two times of paying these fees, that crap should stop. Of course, some folks are slow learners…or entitled.
