Well. They've had it 20 years with a tag that expired in 2018. So they got a good 17 years out of it. But her rational with changing the cat converter once every year for 3 years is a bit dumb. Johnny, one of the main reasons I watch your videos and have subscribed is because of you being patient and explaining what the problem is and what needs to be done to get their vehicle back instead of just jumping at them and taking in no matter what. 99% of the time when people are upset not knowing for sure what the problem is has calmed down after you explain. This is the best video I have seen in quite some time. It ran a little longer than usual, but listening to the stories the vehicle owners have helps understand things better. Many times people are just down on their luck and need an understanding of what's going on. All leases I have read have information on car care written in to help protect them and the other renters from living in a junkyard. I'm sure if the renters were property owners and were renting out their homes or a room they wouldn't have the renter trash their property and be a burden to others.

As an RN, my 2005 Subaru I bought especially to drive on my Home Health travels in Idaho. It was AWD for snowy winter days, and when I was out seeing patients, I needed an especially dependable vehicle, and I sure loved my Subaru! As the way of most Subaru's, (or as I was told:), the engine blew due to an oil leak after 15 years, and I was made to have it towed away. Big tears, and the tow driver was a really kind man to put up with my petting andn stroking on the hood. I totally get the sentimental attachment to her car ):
