My heart goes out to the nurse post surgery. Reach out to family and/or friends so you can afford them a blessing they earn by coming to help you. This is why I encourage my children to join a church, attend regularly, as they will get plenty of opportunity to help others in need. It is such a blessing to go out of your way, put yourself out there and give to others that which gives you cost. Only give to God that which costs you most. Honor God with your costly gifts. He is Worthy! Only He is Worthy! Bless you, Brother! Keep on giving that which costs you much! For those who may lack understanding, the cost can by many other things besides money or gold. She was just hoping if she told you enough of a sad sob story you would drop the car. She wasn't being fair to you expecting you to put your job in jeopardy just to appease her. I was told by my apartment manager I had to get rid of my car since it wouldn’t run. So I called and made arrangements for it to be towed. Then ended up having emergency surgery the next evening. Things like that happen. I had nobody else to help me. I hope that woman takes care of herself. Stay safe!

What many people do not know is that If you don't drive a vehicle for 2-3 weeks the battery will go dead. The computer as well as the sound system as electric energy feeding them all the time. So if you're planning not to drive your vehicle for some time disconnect the battery. It's as easy as removing the negative battery cable. Then when ya want to drive it again rehook and away ya go

I can remember a time when lorry drivers didn't have to wear seatbelts. For the last ten years they have to wear a seatbelt.

While you’re on private property, I’d leave it off. Why? 1. The likelihood of getting in a wreck (even with crazy young ladies in Range Rovers) is next to nil. 2. Much more likely you’re going to have a situation where you gotta hop in or out of the cab, duck under the dash, or move the rig quickly, where a belt will only slow you down. It can be a matter of life and death. 3. That tow truck is way heavier and sits higher than any vehicle you’re going to encounter in the complex, aside from a fire or trash truck. Even if someone does crash into you, the impact most likely will not hurt you any different whether you’re belted or not. That tips the scale for me. Once the cars are signed out and you’re on the highway, the accident risk starts getting higher than the risk of violent altercations, that’s when to buckle up.
