There is no way the driver of the Nevada car wasn't ticketed in Nevada multiple times. I wouldn't be surprised if he ignored the tickets and has multiple failures to appear, means a warrant or multiple warrants. There's no excuse to allow your registration to expire to begin with, but almost and just shy of 7 years is absolutely ridiculous. Probably thinks he's a sovereign citizen smh..... Glad his car got towed. Keep up the good work!!
