Glad to see you wearing the vest. Our town was recently shock up by a tow truck drivers death. He was 20, newish to the job. He got a repo call and the guy "thought he was stealing his car" the guy dumped the mag into him. Shooting him like 10 times. The guy was booked for 2nd degree murder. The owners of the tow company closed its doors becasue they were a family run company and didnt want anyone to get hurt like that. It was a crazy ordeal

There are many "rules" to PR while working with the public. Even though it's hard and they are being a butt, you have to remain being respectful and start up. These videos would be great training films with the way he handles people and situations. Respect while remaining firm and informative. If only everyone would show respect and communicate like reasonable people with one another, we wouldn't be involved in the mess we are in.

i don't know why, but i love this channel so much! I know it's just towin' cars, but towtrucker keeps it so real that I just love it. There is no way that this guys job is easy. Much respect bro. I have done that job too, but in FL where the laws are way different. If we towed a private property impound, we had to contact the local sheriff's office wit the VIN and tag #, and there had to be an agent of the property on scene. @@josephknowles5114 Depends on what state in the US. Some states have no MOT or safety inspection. Some do the safety inspection but not the emissions testing. Really it depends on the county within the state. Usually inside the city limits you will find more strict regulations. But farther away from big cities they don't really care so much about the condition of vehicles or the emissions testing. But a basic safety test is still usually required. That just includes lights horn parking brake etc. But they don't go much deeper than that. Bad tags or registration also varies significantly. There are some places where they just really don't care that much. They'll pull you over for not having a valid tag but it's like a $20 ticket. With the pandemic going on there have been halts at most department of motor vehicles. So that you really can't get a new tag currently. So they put a hold on any infractions for those particular things at least for now. They are definitely more strict about not having valid insurance however. If you don't have insurance on the vehicle they generally will tow it, and it's a citation also.

You are right as I said in a previous comment the police could learn alot from you on how to interact in a professional and respectful way with people! That guy that was killed by the police in Atlanta Was wrong but there was no reason what so ever for the police to shoot him and that officer will suffer the consequences for his actions ! What is really unfortunate is that the majority of good cops will suffer because of the few bad apples like this one out there out of control! That beamer driver is typically feeling their entitlement and it will be a joy for you to tow that vehicle as well as the viewers seeing it towed! I worked with another doing repo's. I was 18 and too dumb to be scared but that was on the outside. Inside, I was about to crap my pants more than a few times, particularly when you were going in the middle of the night. I've been towed a couple of times and I knew I was when I did it. Never gave the tow driver any crap. He was just doing his job. Rode with two of them to their lots to get them out. How about that. You got some very cool vids.
