Having done repos in the past I feel your pain when it comes to confrontation. Dealing with people that can't grasp the fact there are rules and laws is absolutely exhausting. And dealing with short dudes and most women is the worst. Short dudes got something to prove and the women will play the gender card saying your only doing it because they're a female.
