I am handicapped and use a walker and have to use it because I can only use it because I can only walk a short distance without having to stop several times just to get to the front door (I have a placard )

when you're trying to explain it to the ones who don't speak English, i think you could just dumb it down more for them. Just point at the car, say "No tag." and leave it at that. Because you start talking faster and I doubt they hear what you're saying when you're talking about your list from the manager and it's the law and it's what you do

Johnny, I’m a disabled veteran and most of the time I don’t park in the handicapped spots because I always figure that there is someone worse off than me , but sometimes I have to use them and they are a blessing. Keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to you next one. 👍 !

As an amputee, thank you. I can only get in and out of my vehicle using the blue stripes. Blue stripes are for handicap tags and really cool zebras.

To be honest I would loose my patience with people like the owner of the silver Ford Focus. If I were Johnny I would tell the owner it’s $100 if you want to pay it out right here right now, if they start yelling or complaining I would go drag it up and tell them where they can pick it up. He clearly stated he wanted to be paid even though the property owner was willing to give an extension of time. The driver showed greed, the property owner allowed an extension but the driver still got his ounce of blood. The vehicle owner seemed to not understand the rules as they were applied.

I looked it up, being a tow truck driver as an occupation is 15 times more dangerous than any regular job. Tow truck drivers is a extremely dangerous profession. I once lived in a complex like the ones we see on this show, I always parked by following the rules. Now I am 76 years old and have disabilities. Thank the good Lord for handicapped spaces. I now count steps...

We had a lawn maintenance job where residents are seniors only. But I noticed alot of them have their plates inside the back windshield. Because they have certain people come in at night to steal their plates for the handicap tag

Johnny, maybe your company could give you index cards in different languages explaining drop fees, no tags, call the office etc? Would make your job a lot easier. Also, maybe they could give you flyers with the company’s address, phone number and rates. Especially since they increase daily…again would make it smoother for you with a job that’s already tough. Keep up the great job and videos. You are an amazingly kind soul doing something that is so necessary.

Thank you again for grabbing the handicap cheaters. I had an incident where some young men were laughing at me struggling to get out of my car in a regular spot because he had taken the handicap spot. He said what was I going to do about it. I said I'm calling Johnny to tow it. He left, ha ha ha!

@@justinacase2623 Thats only going to get them far enough to really need even more language skills after they wind up in a complex regulatory quagmire. I worked in a place where everyone had to speak english in the customer areas. Some employees would talk in their language on the elevators, saying rude thigs they thought you didnt understand as they smiled at you. I would step off the elevator, turn back, smile at them, and say something polite in their native language just as the elevator doors began to close,...the looks on their faces are priceless.

Very good Vlog. You are very polite and do take the time to explain to the car oner. The saying goes "you get more with honey than with vinegar." You are now one of my go to KZbinr channels. I recently moved to Georgia and it is far easier in Georgia to renew a tag than New York or others. No excuse not to renew a license tag. I live not very far from the lot and did stop by to say hello, left a number but you never contact me. I did want to start a channel and get a trip or two. Blessings Be safe. I wish they would tow more handicap cheaters up here in Indiana. My nephew is 100% disabled and when my sister takes him out she has to park in a space where she can use the wheelchair ramp. To many times I see people blocking the spaces or the lines and have no consequences.

I understand a language barrier- we were stationed in Germany for 3 years. But- it was up to Us to try to learn their language in order to communicate. Obviously, this gentleman has gone through the process of getting another car and letting the office know about it. He should have just called the office or a friend who could help him understand. Your patience is So commendable!!... stay safe!

Makes me so happy that you grabbed the illegal handicap parker. I’m handing capped and I have a hard time finding a place. I even got a cop involve once, because a business truck wouldn’t move after being asked. The guy got a $450 ticket

I am handicapped and the other day I was looking for a spot at the market. A car with no handicap tag was in the handicap spot. I did get the spot next to it, but then watched as a very young girl came out of the liquor store and hopped in. She looked very abled body to me and had no handicap placard. It warms my heart when I see you tow them from handicapped spots.

Another great video ! I have handicap car tag but don't always park in H/C space because sometimes there's a space just as close. I'm elderly & I have a lot of health issues, but sometimes when I'm having a 'bad' day & need one can't find one.
