I live in a complex, and each apartment is assigned one parking place, which has the building & apartment # on it. I also have a second vehicle that I am allowed to park in the large "back" parking lot, which is open or unassigned parking. This works well for me, but some people feel it's okay to steal my assigned spot if they see it empty when I'm away. I always block them in and let them figure out exactly which apartment I live in when they finally decide to leave. They only do it once.

My man used to get off of work at 12 and he wouldn't get home till 1:30-2:00 am and the amount of time I would have to call the tow company so they could come get the cars parked in our spot was ridiculous. They assume because it's not occupied at night that it's available and that's not the case. One time someone actually came up to our place to ask me to pay for half and I just called the police and didn't even open the door. Bunch of entitled idiots wanting access to others things.

We disabled people absolutely love your efforts to educate and punish offenders that park in disabled bays without a valid permit. I didn't want to be disabled but I am. I cannot walk more than five yard's without severe pain. It totally changes our lives being able to park close to our destination.....God bless you sir.

They want to buy and sell cars ....and want to use the apartment parking lot for storage. Nothing wrong with wanting to make a few grand, but rent storage somewhere. The lady just wouldn't shut up and didn't appreciate her getting into your face.

If they are byuing and selling cars, they are doing something wrong. Cars are not like fine wine, that gets better, the longer it sits. Basically, the faster you can flip the car, the more money you get for it. That car had been sitting there for months, rotting away, which in no way, would make the car worth more :)

I think the only tow truck those cars were really set to see that day was yours! I was getting worried as hard as they were arguing, that somebody was coming out swinging at some point. IF the owner had taken care of his business originally OR.... any of the (as we can see) MANY times he's gotten stickered, warned & if not mistaken (as he seemed to say at the end) has already paid "drop fees" on both for yet another push off/extension?? smh. None of would be a problem if he'd just handle his business responsibly, rather than just be careless & neglectful... disrespecting the place where he (or they?) live AND everyone else that lives there, cannot find a parking spot because of. Let me tell you. I dated a Nigerian man who bought junk cars at auction. He had zero money to get real tags or plates for these cars and lived in an apt. I would get so mad at him as he would play switch around with plates to different vehicles. Ugh. We are no longer together. But I was like if you want to have 6 cars you need to sell. Then you need a commercial lot to do so. This apt is NOT your work lot. He thought all he was doing was totally fine and I was being crazy. 🙈
