I didn't serve but I have been handicapped for over 10 years. I made up tickets that called them Axxxxxxx and leave them on their windshield. I also tell them, "how would you like to be handicapped, how would you like being in pain if you walk 5 steps...think about that before you ABUSE THE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE". Have watched people get them and start cussing in the parking lot or throw it on the ground....either way you can see the type of people they are by their reactions. When JohnnyTow passed the gates of the handicap tow, the drop fee disappeared and the car became a full priced tow.

More fun if they refuse to pay the fee and decide they will call the cops. Not only do they get done for parking in said handicap spot, they either get done for the drop fee, or the full tow costs. You can also bet the cops do the full workup on them, meaning check for warrants and such, along to make sure said car is fully upto date on tags and insurance.

So glad to see that they finally gave you one of those wheel lift trucks where the bars behind the tires move pneumatically under the car so you don't have to risk yourself being out putting the bars under the car.
