This Parkinson's Law + Pareto Principle concept is a game changer, especially as an entrepreneur. - I watched this vlog about a year ago, and it's stayed with me since then. Thank you Ali :)

Ali is a great leader, leading by example and caring about the success of his employees during and after. We need more people like Ali in this world (and hopefully his employees/students/future bosses/leaders become like him).

Bold Statement: Ali said, someone, come to work with him for a couple of months or years, learn skills like a university student, and left for making some good for their own. Never heard someone talk like this. Found another Reason to love you. 😍

Appreciate his honesty and willingness to share things he's learning and benefitting from. Came back from work after a solid 10 hours of nonstop work as a scientist, but after listening to Ali, will begin to incorporate changes in my workday and my life. Wish I lived in UK so I could join his team and learn from the wealth of knowledge he's willing to share :)

Do what you good at! You are not finishing the book because you are not interested in it. You don’t like writing! You like logic organizing and note taking! That’s the problem with us human beings. Once we discover or strength at something your case productivity and creativity, our ego is taking over and takes the fun out of life by pushing us to get more! Your case write a book which you have no interest in. Use your own advise and analyze why you want to write a book and is it worth becoming a robot (stressing, pushing yourself and making your team feel it too) just like you did when deciding to leave medical school.

Woow man, this is sick. The ideas blew up my mind today. Yes if we restructure our perception on time, we would bring out marvels in life. We would accelerate our dreams coming true. The only thing is that we dont receive such direction. Thank you so much for the video.

i really like this format and i think it could really catch on, but pls stop moving around so much, it makes it hard to concentrate on what you’re saying. i think if you went around slower and did something relatively uninteresting while speaking it could work very well 😁😁

Ali I don’t know. You just keep walking and acting like you are super busy and you don’t have time to stop but really you are acting are you are busy but have nothing productive to say. Furthermore why do you take an Entourage of people to grocery store so you can act important ? Calm down and act normal You ll entertain your audience even if you are not being productive. Don’t buy these employees loyalty love or friendship You are becoming really bizby the day

Yeah, so... the "idea talk" with this one was boring and did not actually bring any value to me. You were improvising AF with the talk as much as with your running around the place; made me nauseous there... Having said that, leaning on the fcukups is something I would expect from a blogging channel.

PS Love how making bolognese with leeks hits everybody and yet people ignore that: 1) you were talking about having spaghetti which is a terrible choice for bolognese, 2) you actually are using fusilli not spaghetti. XD 3) there are mushrooms and peppers as well. XDDD
