Hi Ali, I hope the journalling works out for you. For me it has been a game changeover over the years, but it can be a bit burdensome if you don’t keep it simple and ask the right questions. I tend to ask myself 3 specific questions each day. I also did a video about the benefits journalling on my channel you may find helpful.

I think it was a good move to create another YT channel just for vlogs, cause here is the thing - I do enjoy some of them but not all of them. Also seems like watching them everyday is just too much.. I am sure many ppl can relate to me, but there will be also a solid group of people watching them every day and waiting for moooree. So in that way you don’t have to mess with your stats on the main channel, risking low view rates. However, you still have a room to try sth new, express yourself, gather smaller community who wants to be closer to you. Anyways, awesome idea! Take care ☺️

Leg workout disappointing- I would expect a trained doctor to appreciate that machine exercises don’t develop the synergistic and stabilizer muscles, which increases the likelihood of injuries. However, I will admit, machine exercises can be more fun, as they aren’t as stressful as the effective free weight exercises like squats and deadlifts.

Alright Ali here’s a honest comment I loved watching your videos early on. Learning about how a person manages a really hectic schedule and still excel at everything they do.
