Parkinson's Martial Arts Demo Lester Cohen Nami ryu

This is a demo by one of my long time students and friends Lester Cohen. Lester is in his 60's and has had Parkinson's for over 12 years. He is an inspiration to me personally and all of those who know him. It is an example that you don't just have to accept what life gives you as a limitation.

Awesome to see Lester still teaching. I trained with him back in 1986 in Chesapeake, Ohio. He used to teach at Tri-City School of Martial Arts on my teachers off nights. I gained a lot of knowledge from him. I hated to see him move away.

Haven't seen Lester since the early/mid-80's . Learned a great deal from Lester and stoked to see him STILL teaching. RESPECT!

It is not aikido and no bulls around. Stop by the dojo or a seminar, experience is much more beneficial for coming to an understanding than discussion.
