Not every person with Parkinson’s disease (PD) will develop psychosis or its symptoms, but it can still be a frightening thought. Hallucinations and delusions can be common in PD, but understanding what it means in Parkinson’s and how a person may experience symptoms can ease the fear and embarrassment that may result.
