The convicted mass shooter who killed 17 people and injured 17 more at a Florida high school has agreed to give his brain to science after he dies. This comes after the Parkland shooter settled a civil lawsuit with a survivor, who now owns the rights to the gunman’s name. The attorney representing survivor Anthony Borges said he hopes scientists may be able to shed light on “what created this monster.” Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks it down.
