The two things I love about this video are his energy, and the *sound* he makes as he interacts with his environment. You can hear every scrape, slide, impact and breath. It's not like other videos where all you hear is rapping or the wubwubwub of dubstep. This is real Parkour. Pure emotion, channeled into Movement, tempered with skill.

it's amazing how expressive just running, jumping, and climbing can be. I'm touched really. very beautiful to watch. no flips to tricking, just running, landing, jumping, climbing and different vault variations. All with the grace of a dancer, use of breath, emotional content and the love for what he does. good job.

This is been about the 100th time I have a watched this video. It's simply amazing. The way they filmed it, the time and effort they would of put into it, the parkour skills Mike has. Just the simple things that make this such an amazing video. Thank you for putting this up.

I was so engaged in the video that it didn't even occur to me that it was pure parkour until almost 3 minutes in. Usually parkour videos aren't anywhere near this amazing. Perfect choreography, execution, and music to go with it. Loved it!

This probably one of the best videos I have seen for parkouring. I watch 10-15 videos a day on average. One of the best quality that makes this video is the great editing and movement. I always see this over edited videos that puts a damper on the talent. This one was has a smooth motion throughout and has a nice story behind it as well. I look forward to seeing more like these as the time passes. Best wishes to 3Run and all of the Free Running & Parkouring community!

i know EXACTLY how you feel... i started parkour a few months before my dad died... ever since i've pushed and pushed, come close to giving all up many times... but now i'm one of the ones helping to bring0 it to life in Scotland, and a representitive of the islands where i'm from! I can look back and see that that incident has pushed me, made me stronger, and made me who i am today... just NEVER GIVE IN!

parkour/freerunning isn't a competition or to show off to be the cool kid and im not gonna lie i do show off sometimes but parkour/freerunning is a way to feel free, like there was never a problem, you feel in control and its easy to give up but its harder to keep going, its nice to look back and see how far you come from the beginning and thats what keeps me going,im proud to say that i parkour/freerun

This really touched me. And I understand that when im really frustrated or sad I trace and train and it feels so good and my movement feels so more real then just a jump or a flip. This was a very beautiful of example of a man expressing himself through movement.

I like how parkour have mix with free run like a philosophy of know your body and break those limits that have been putted by the ordinary people, But this is like the pure essence of the word pakour, fluidity and continuity is just amazing, thanks 3 Run and thanks Michael Wilson to bring us again to the roots of this art with an increible message ;)

even though I haven't even watched a full minute of this. Its truly inspirational, it somehow reminds me of the reason I started Parkour, no one really thought I'd live up to anything, Parkour is one way I can express myself, I feel great doing it, anyone who does this shouldn't do it for others, or to look cool. They should do it for the fun of it, and to inspire others.

I'd love for once not having the top rating comments about the music, but more about the video. A beautiful video with someone really inspiring doing only parkour with precision and grace. It's the best dedicated video I saw and it's perfectly done. The fact, we can hear the steps and not only the music really catches my mind and i think it gives a really good touch into it.
