A raw and real vid for you this week, something very different! A last minute decision to hit up OWN THE SPOT, a community driven event straight out of Eindhoven, Netherlands. We're a bit battered and bruised at the moment so decided to showcase the other incredible athletes fly through the speed courses and throw down for the video competition they held simultaneously. I have been unable to train, because of dealing with scar tissue and healing from broken finger surgery, for 3 months and I am bouncing off the walls (figuratively speaking, obviously) to get back. Did something happen to you to stop your training, or did something, such as a job, conflict with training time? If you don't mind my asking, that is.

And at this point I hat no car or busses which where I could drive with. So I focused on school and a job. But i feel the passion for it everytime I am watching such a video.

@@copycat3489 you dont need equipment to parkour, you can train on plenty of things or focus on doing some tricking as well. if you feel the passion for it you can train anywhere and everywhere so work hard. gl mate, I was in a very similar experience to you myself
