Don't know how the banana manufacturers made bananas synonymous with potassium, but there are so many other foods that have significantly more potassium and aren't gross-af bananas. Sweet potatoes **and** regular potatoes, Mushrooms, Spinach, Watermelon, beans & assorted legumes (inc. peanuts), broccoli & cauliflower (pretty much all of the Brassicas), sunflower seeds, salmon. Also, quite relevant to Ron: Beef, deer, lamb, pork, bison, and multiple other meats are all relatively high as well. Not as much as a banana per serving, but when he's shoving that banana on a 1/2lb. burger, the banana's delivering about 450mg of potassium and the beef about 750mg. So toss that mushy yellow garbage.
