Ron meditating accidentally is actually hilarious
@pdruiz2005 Жыл бұрын
That's why Ron radiates zen mindfulness. He's right--you shouldn't try hard at all. That's one of the secrets of great meditation. It's when you try to make it into a chore or exercise that MUST BE DONE that meditation then, paradoxically, doesn't come to you. It's very similar to sleep. The Chinese actually prize this state of mind of "not trying so hard." It's called "wu wei." So it's great the Ron stumbled upon that truth about life without reading any of the Buddhist or Daoist scriptures or any self-help book.

I firmly believe Chris Traeger one day achieved his dream of living to the age of 150 years. And that he was the second man to do so, after Ronald Ulysses Swanson.

I think the opposite. I bet he lived a long time, but not anything crazy like that. One of his character arcs is that he finally realizes that it’s better to live a free, fulfilling life than to live a super strict, unfulfilling life that lasts an additional 50 years.
