I keep seeing all this nice stuff in and around Charlotte and it's definitely moved on to my list of possible relocation areas! Especially with this community being all new construction. Not sure if it would be in some other models, but owners suite without a shower and a run to soak in would be a hard sell to my better half 😂

This area is coming with a lot of solid options. The reserve collection has an option for a tub, but unfortunately a lot the new construction do even offer tubs anymore

I love these homes the only the only critique is that non of the owners suites have a garden or free standing tub but every thing else especially in the last model was beautiful.

Houses are super nice. Too big for me, if you have a growing family these are definitely nice. One big turn off to me is the proximity to your neighbor. All these new communities suffer from the same issue. That would be the space between you and the next house. I'm not into hoa's, but I like what the hoa pays for, my internet and cable. The only thing with that is what happens when that hoa goes up and we all know that it will. Nice homes, but I am not going anywhere near those prices. Going to be real interesting in the next 6 months to a year.

I hate when the commode is right up against the bathtub. I could never enjoy a bath. Why not put the commode, sink/vanity, then bathtub? Especially if there’s no water closet. My bathroom in NYC was designed that way. Much better design choice.
