I bought one yesterday, and I was a bit dubious given the price, but having seen your excellent review, I will be putting it into action later. Thanks again.👍🏴

£15 is an absolute steal. I picked one up a few weeks back as my 12v one broke (after extensive use). I was deliberating whether to order a corded one from Amazon or spend a bit more for a 18/20v one, which would set be back well over £100. I have a Silverline brad nailer for my air compressor but it doesn't fire staples and I can't really take it out an about with me. When I saw this Parkside one so cheap, the decision was made for me. It's nice to have a staple option in the workshop and I can use it out and about, as long as there is a plug socket nearby (or with an extension cord). I would like a 20v one to be really mobile but for now this fills the gap and seems very sturdy & powerful, with no jams so far!

It's better than I thought it would be Shaun. It actually has the power to sink 32mm brads every time which is great.

This is a superb review video for this product. I might get one of these on the strength of this review, a real bargain, that looks well made. The generous lead length and supplied extras make it a must have. Nice one Phill, thanks.

I have one and, as you say, total bargain. Also, the 3 year warranty is great. I have claimed on Lidl’s warranties previously and they have always replaced faulty items. The only issue I have had with this tool is when I tried to attach MDF architrave using 32mm brads. The increased density of the MDF meant that the brads were left about 2mm proud of the the surface. I’m still impressed for the price though especially considering I don’t have to drag airlines around for my air nailer. Thanks for the video.
@PhillWyattProjectsАй бұрын
Good point I should have tried it on some MDF although it went through Oak surprisingly easily so it's good either way for me.
@alfgordon174129 күн бұрын
Same here - I used this nailer on MDF architrave with 32mm brads. Most nails were left proud and had to be fixed with a nail punch.

At that price its a steal. However while it may look like a lot of brads and staples you can chew through them very quickly. I have an air nailer and used several strips of brads in a single project so recommend getting down to Screwfix and buying a box of 1000 Tacwise brads in each size you commonly use.

True. I do get carried away sometimes when firing Brad's 😆

Hi Phil, nice review. What area they selling these. More on e bay than in store. Looking for nail gun, orbital sander and impact driver. Seen any about.

Not sure as when I bought mine, the next time I went in they had all gone. So even where I got it from there are none left. They must be a hot seller.

I have been using the old version and experienced it having too little power and a tendency to jam. I am tempted to get the new version.
@PhillWyattProjects28 күн бұрын
I am not sure if there are any differences as I never owned the previous model.

Same mine notoriously jammed (old version) new one does not look any different but obviously can not see inside from a video. On another note the parkside glue gun blow up in my face the other day when I attempted to plug it in haha
@worthington363727 күн бұрын
@@darrenmccafferty6176 Oh No! I've got one of those as well. I guess I'm stuck with it. The multitool has proven a lightweight hit and the impact driver saved me £100+ call-out to DIY a job. But I've already got a better one of each.
@101projects2Ай бұрын
Looks great, wish I'd seen this last week, I've just purchased a titan nail/staple gun from Screwfix basically the same as this one to install some trim to skirting boards, fires 15-30mm length nails and it was £29 and I've found the cable is very short as well...🤔 Can I return it 😅
@PhillWyattProjectsАй бұрын
Yea it's annoying when that happens! The thing is with this nail gun, I noticed how quickly it sold out in my area so I am not sure how easy it would be to find one at the moment anyway.

I suppose this video will come in handy when/if they stock it again as it's not available now in any of my local stores, which is a shame as I need one and this looks quite a bargain.

Jediná podstatná nevýhoda je, že je jen na úzké sponky nebo hřebíky. Širší sponky, které jsou běžnější, se tam nevejdou.

I got one of these a few weeks ago to fix some mdf slamming strip to an mdf door frame. What a pile of rubbish,nails didn't sink in but it was fine just nailing into scrap wood in the shed for a test beforehand.
